Tom Leyden chats with Theresa David from the offices of Gibson Sotheby's International Realty in Westwood. Theresa is a Westwood resident who has been a licensed Realtor since 1988. She and her husband, Stephen, have five children, three of whom went through the Westwood school system after the David's moved to town.
