Thermogram Advantages & Disadvantages

Thermography utilizes an infrared camera to detect heat patterns and blood flow in body tissues. As cancer cells multiply, they require more oxygen-rich blood for growth.  As the blood flow to the tumor increases, the surrounding temperature rises.
