These Are My Confessions

from A&B Podcast · host A&Bpodcast

This week on the A&B Podcast the guys come back from a two hiatus. Stair and Bryce both open up on their new found motivation going forward. It’s been a while since the guys sat down together for a pod so we get that real pod feeling back that we can’t get from a zoom call. The guys try to cover everything that’s happened since they’ve been gone. We gloss over a review on the Netflix doc “Social Dilemma,” and our views on social media. We discuss the Lakers championship run and Lebron's legacy. Since it’s a Stair and Bryce episode we have our segments “This or That” and “We hating.” This week we are hating the whole NFC East. As disappointed and very disgruntled fans we vent our frustrations about our teams. To close this episode stair opens up about his battle with depression and sex addiction. Stair is someone who can be considered a very positive guys depicts a very dark time for him during quarantine. Looking back during his quarantine struggles. And opens up on the burden it put on the household. But the pod being a safe space Stairs vulnerability should be taken a warning sign to others who maybe fighting the same fight. Bryce has been hard at work behind the camera shooting with former podcast guest Autumn LaBella and Kw3st.  This week’s top5 is best songs off of the “Burden of Proof,” the Benny the Butcher project.  This weeks “Stairs to Greatness” is about making sure you are good in private.  As always "its just a conversation" This week we also cover: * Lebron is lucky he didn’t have to play healthy D.Rose his entire career * Big Sean is the Paul George of rap * Bryce called the Cowboys L * Be present in your life * Stair bets on himself * Never be too proud to  shoulder your burdens alone Follow us: @Youngtamarack @Dr_Dowork Outro:  The Striker- Money Machine
