TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello and good morning everyone today is Monday November 13th 2023. I'm recording this episode just walking normally I do this you know looking in the mirror so that I can see my guestures you know Moment I moments and whatever it is how I'm expressing myself and how I look when I express myself Or talk but anyway long story short today I'm in a different location and traveling so I said you know let me find out or let me find out for myself to Stop looking to find out myself away that I can become comfortable without looking at myself in the mirror and recording That's exactly what I'm doing now. So So today's topic is the title is these are the moments are treasure and the subnet list in response to the dancing elephants prompt 12 of 52 so dancing elephants is a is a publication sub-publication in medium.com so as you all know that my episodes are the recordings of the articles that I write in medium.com which get published and I use that as a content for creating podcast episode What happens is when I'm writing I'm thinking about the content I'm writing and then I'm keeping myself occupied thinking writing putting it on the document and all that stuff and then I'm getting used to or I'm learning the new Learning different ways to separate to different publications within medium itself. They have some publications and when I'm recording I get to read what I have written what I thought about few days back and wrote as an article and I'm listening to my own voice reading what I read in the article that I created.

It's an interesting I think self-awareness aspect, okay, so this dancing elephant's press is a publication and they give you 52 prompts so that it makes it easy for you to Write 52 articles in one year. Isn't that cool? That's exactly what I participate. There is no necessity that you participate in every one of them And there is no necessity that you've submitted by a certain time.

So I love all those things I don't like to be over pressured for something that I do which I'd love to do, right? So that's a brief description or idea of my sub-telet about So what is the prompt 12 or 52? The question is of the prompt is what is one moment in your life that you treasure? Okay, after reading the above article I copied the link to the article and pasted into my meeting back office draft in December You may ask why I wanted to participate in writing this prompt today three weeks after saving the draft and reading the article I Said or I asked myself.

Oh my god. It's already three weeks. Do I have to participate? For clearing my throat quickly the answer came to my mind Lalita just do it.

There is no time limit Now I got stuck with the specific wordings of the following prompt. What is one woman in your life that you treasure? Hmm, I got stuck again for one moment. I'm pretty sure editor with your story of the publication collecting smiles Knew that people like me would get stuck and that is why she wrote the following Feel free to describe more than one At the end of your post please add a couple of lines about how recalling these incidents makes you feel Okay, now I am bombed up I live by the following quote Always do your best your best is going to change from moment to moment It will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick under any circumstance simply to your best and you will avoid self-judgment self abuse and regret Don Miguel Riz and you have given the link to that Brainy code calm where you can see this quote or read this quote That said to quote a few moments I treasure Exercising both in gym or at home workout Making small charitable contributions that I am comfortable I am honest with parting away and when I part away I feel more expanded but not constricted Seeing claps and responses in my articles on medium calm Spending time with my husband children their family and my extended family members meaning fully While intending to make flammered gardens in temple lighting a lamp in the morning and evening on my altar Learning and chanting different chlokas hymns allowed cooking with clear intention about quality quantity and nutrition having a meaningful heart-to-heart conversation with my close friends Learning different types of meditation and doing them Regarding my podcast episodes just like how I'm doing right now Watching the sunrise from home beach wherever I go right now I'm traveling just from the bedroom.

I watch a sunrise and sunrise you can see This is not this is neither a beach nor a mountain range nor, you know, my home I teach it but this is a different location and the what I can this actually could say lot of shops famous shops and it's like a mall strip one And behind that when I saw I mean I could see the sunrise what a beautiful, you know It is so divine and it is so solid reaching to know that that son it says la lita wherever you go. Don't worry I'm there. I will come you just look for me. I'll be about it.

Isn't that cool? Isn't it beautiful in the relevant? Watching the sunrise from home and beach and anywhere I go Have someone take my picture while I stand at the end of the pier in an ocean I feel as though the ocean is telling me hey la lita go ahead. I am there to support you in the background in the cold Kittish right putting wrangolie traditional Indian decoration and patterns made with ground rice particularly during festivals Regarding these simple but mundane experiences makes me feel happy thankful excited and abundant Just taking part in writing this prompt in itself helped me realize that as of now by God's grace I am truly living a life without self-judgment or regret because of choosing to do my best and enjoy every moment of my day Thanks to the amazing editors of dancing and events rest.
