Hello and good morning today is Monday October 2nd 2023 this is the third episode I'm recording and I'm gonna put it in draft because I said I'll batch recording today I'm recording from a different place. I thought before I get a kind of Uncomfortable just like we have a writer's block You have something like a recording block because you need that vibe and energy to record and I like to have a mirror in front of me When I'm recording so sometimes I don't get access to a good mirror Then I don't feel like recording so today I move past all those recording blocks And I'm right now in standing in front of a great mirror and I just recorded two of my podcast episodes I'm yet to write description and then you know getting it published But I am right now heading towards the third one the title is these five profound insights help me decide when and what to write The subtitle is insights are impactful. This article was published in medium.com a way back on December 20, 2022 Okay After writing a medium and publishing 210 articles 210 here are the five profound insights that are not only impacting me But also making me choose the as to when and what to write I started over the quote and the quote is the man with insight enough to admit his limitations comes near nearest to perfection The man with insight enough to admit his limitations comes nearest to perfection. So you have to admit your limitation Right that at the awareness is once you're aware of your limitation it builds momentum.

Okay, so this was this quote is why Joe Joanne waltzkank one girtha. Okay, insight number one I don't want to write and create a volume of articles just for the sake of getting paid by the way As far as medium is concerned I mean is it a great resource for getting paid thousands and thousands of dollars are people making it absolutely Am I one of them? No, why did I start because I found the platform for writing very beginner-friendly beginner-friendly non-judgmental Support of wonderful writers support of readers Very good back office support analytics lots of analytics. So I think it's a very good learning platform.

That's why I started writing a me and also Yes, that's the main reason I started and also for me to personally just like how I'm showing up in the podcast station And I have a habit just like brushing the teeth to keep my Pressure my teeth to keep my teeth clean and healthy same way recording podcast to keep my throat and to keep my expression the Visu Deachachra, Visu Deachachra you always know what it is. So to keep that in a very healthy and healthy way And also even they say I write these are all connected I write so what about so control or you know the welding of the thyroid? What about so I just connect these dots That's for podcast the same thing for writing, you know using my hands using my brain Sometimes I write with hand and create a draft sometimes I write right. I mean I use laptops I use iPad one is Microsoft Windows other one is Apple so different systems and different operating systems So you're switching you're using your brain and all that stuff right and then using cell phone app.

So I Want to be the learning process. I want to show up for this learning and then enjoy what I'm doing and Do what I enjoy both. Okay, so I don't want to write so the insight number one is I don't want to write and create a volume of articles Just for the sake of getting paid I do get paid very very normal But I enjoy getting the payment nominal payment address that tell you compared to what I used to make in five six figures in my work Has a w2 that's the truth. Okay, so don't be wrong.

I respect the value and love seeing the point zero one sense So in December when I wrote it was point zero one sense now it is I want double digits thirty dollars Wonderful wonderful wonderful feeling and if I take the thirty dollars right thirty thirty dollars and I use one percent or maybe yeah One percent ten percent right and then give it for charity put it in a tempo in their own day Or if I give it to someone if I give them a small give them a gift card ten dollar gift card Five dollar gift card see the happiness on their face fulfillment of a Starbucks gift card or anything. So that's what makes me happy Oxyptos and release, you know, okay So once again, I'm going to read the insight number one Unless I don't want to write for the right and create volume of articles just for the sake of getting paid Don't get me wrong I respect and value money and love seeing the point zero one sense and greeting it with a big smile inside number two I don't want to feel rushed to write but I want to be present with my feelings and sensations in my body when I write number three I don't like being rushed with external deadlines and competition but like to set my own schedule and follow it So even when I'm even when I'm participating in this prompts given by various publishers if there is a deadline Normally, I don't like to get into that because why am I doing what I'm doing? I'm writing in order for me to learn in order to build my growth mindset mindset in order to Enjoy every moment of my writing learning becoming doing having great experiences. So I don't want to be rushed deadlines.

I'm not I'm not in that I don't want it. That's it. Okay, but like to set my own schedule and follow it inside number four What are my likes? I like to commit to writing one article at a time when I come into just one hour in a time writing energy flows through my body I feel in integrity with my body emotions and my mind my bamboo body image emotions and mind What do I mean by that?

My body is grounded. I either standing straight or sitting on my chair with an erective posture I am filled with high energy emotions of gratitude and compassion for myself for you compassion not only for myself for you my lovely leader for you and all Known listener also all known slash unknown persons My mind is very clear about what I want to see or write just now and whispers into my ears the following words Hey, really, I like to get out of my my myself and go as a third party It's a very it's a very interesting concept and I read about it somewhere that wants to do a third party way of Third person way of talking to yourself then you become objective you get out of the subjective mode to objective mode and then you are able to Visualize better you're able to think better. You don't get to bias and all that stuff. Okay, so this is what happens So this is what these words came up for me Hey, let's just show up and be fully aware.

I'm working with all concerned to bring you the best piece of writing In second but fine I would like to mention a couple of articles unrelated to mine that I have read and want to give credit to this helps me give credit to the community Shout out to Rob Hormont for inspiring leaders to walk and maintain good health and the title of his article is How walking three times a day reading and writing keep the doctor away and your mind alert wonderful article next one is shout out to Julie Walker for I'm giving a beautiful and brilliant narrative of narrative emotions and the title is how to transform the painful emotions that are plugged into cold beliefs Wonderful article.
