These Hands are Rated E for Everyone
from The Hill Is Always Greener Hosted by Sonic F

That's Robotnik's plan in the beloved "Project Brutus" storyline of Sonic the Comic, which we're revisiting in today's episode! Robotnik has created a new second-in-command, Commander Brutus, and instilled him with all of his brain patterns and personality, resulting in the most terrifying foe Sonic and the freedom fighters have encountered yet.
