Gawdun, the Kansans For Life Director of Government Relations and Jones, the Director of Advocacy for Family Policy Alliance of Kansas, have just cleared a monumental hurdle in their state to clarify that the Kansas State Constitution does not include a fundamental right to abortion or the funding thereof.The effort is called the Value Them Both Amendment.It is a strategy at least 7 states have employed to effectively remove activist judges from making up meanings and language in state constitutions about abortion.
