Next, we’re joined by civil rights attorney Brian Fest of We the Patriots USA who warns that even if you can afford a family, the government is making it easier to take away your kids. He details the latest case of medical kidnapping where red-state Missouri government officials have taken away four kids from Amanda and Paul Guidry for using a treatment for autism the medical profession dislikes. There is no evidence of any harm to the child, nor is the government alleging it, yet officials were able to remove the kids without any due process. Brian and I explore legislative ideas to deter frivolous child protective cases and infuse more due process into this process.
