The steady flow of illegal immigrants across the southern border is overwhelming our major cities. The pen and cell phone wielding regime now claims that it needs congress to pass new laws so the regime leader can shut down the border.  Mike Church reveals why the Regime will not enforce the current laws on the books and why they will delay using executive orders to stop the flow.
