They Called This a Movie Episode 32 - Double Dragon (1994)

It's time to sit close to the television, set it to channel 3, and pop in that little gray cartridge, because this week we're throwing it all the way back to the days of the original NES system. If this podcast doesn't work at first, take it out, blow on it, and plug it back in. With Pokémon's Detective Pikachu set to hit theaters this week, we kick (get it?) back with some cheesy martial arts "fun" with the 1994 film Double Dragon, based on the classic beat-em up game of the same name. We discuss Robert Patrick's performance and style, how weak Scott Wolf is in this film, and the gloriousness that is a 22-year-old Alyssa Milano.
