And they certainly don’t have to validate it before you ACTIVATE IT. 🔥 I’m learning in this season to stop over-explaining and start over-executing. If you’re not helping me build it, partnering with me, advising me, or directly connected to the assignment, you may simply have to meet it at the reveal. 💎 Because every hour you spend explaining what you’re going to do is an hour you could be putting toward actually DOING IT. And remember: not everybody who questions your vision is against you. Take the constructive feedback. Use wisdom. Make adjustments when necessary. But never allow somebody else’s inability to see what you see to become the reason you stop moving.
