I used to be a missionary but had to come back due to serious spiritual issues.  The journey has been a long, hard fight, and I am thankful Pastor Tomlinson has been a light in this process.  For many people, results can be immediate.  For others, you may need to apply the tools Pastor will give you over a period of time.  Do not give up! Pastor and Sarah make themselves more than available.  Most importantly, they genuinely care about those they serve and are not afraid to make sacrifices to help.  I have been very impressed with both their character and the work of the Lord through them.
