They remained steadfast in the Apostles doctrine and Fellowship

The New believers, at the Day of Pentecost, remained stedfast in the Apostles doctrine and fellowship. Yet what I want to make clear is this - The first church was not effective because of the converts. No the first church was effective because the Apostles made themselves available day in and day out for the new converts! The new converts would have floundered if the Apostle's had not done their part.
