The Atlantic has a new article in which the author says that it's really time for us to put the pandemic in the past and not keep score of who was right and who was wrong. It's easy to say that when you weren't the ones who lost your jobs or were denied service in a restaurant because you didn't have your "papers" to show. It's easy to say that if you've never been chased down by an irate stranger in the supermarket because you chose not to wear a useless mask. Forgiveness yes. Moving on without accountability...no.
