They're Back
from Rinkside with Aarif Deen Hosted by Mile High Sports
After a shaky start to the season, all seems to be going well again for the Avalanche. Aarif and JJ break down the teams' last two wins, which consisted of 13 goals for and only three against. The guys discuss the power play and the penalty kill, which combined for five of those goals, as well as Darcy Kuemper's steadiness in net. They also discuss injuries to Bowen Byram and J.T. Compher before spending a lot of time on Samuel Girard's resurgence, Nazem Kadri's continued dominance and Valeri Nichushkin's two games since returning from injury. Jared Bednar's comments regarding the Nicolas Aube-Kubel acquisition are also discussed before looking ahead to the upcoming two-game road trip to conclude the show. All that and more on this edition of Hockey Mountain High: Your go-to Avalanche Podcast. Produced by Patrick Stedman. Follow the guys on Twitter @JJoftheyear and @runwriteAarif
