He dropped out of high school in the beginning of his 9th-grade year and began learning by doing in the building trades and in real estate. Starting his first company at age 21, he is now running a thriving residential real estate company, is a full-time real estate investor, and house flipper and is a best selling Author, Speaker and Life Coach. Mario knows the ribs of a house as only a builder can, and has the business acumen of someone who invests his own money in property. He and wife Jessica have a thriving family household, that is fueled partly by organic food and partly on Disneyland Tiki Room Pineapple whips. Their two kids Isabella (10) and Gavin (5) are home schooled by him and his wife. His start as a Black Sheep drives his success in life and real estate. And he still finds time to write.
