Our attitude & actions reflect our internal thoughts and contemplation (Proverbs 23:7), or, as Jesus said, "Out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks" (Luke 6:45​). As followers of Jesus, we're told in Ephesians 3:20​ that God "is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."
