Santa Fe attracts people from all over the world as either full time or part time residents, and is a major tourist destination. Santa Fe, known as "the City Different in the Land of Enchantment", is one of the best known small cities in the US and possibly the entire world. It is a center for a wide range of arts and cultural activities and was for a long time the second most important art market in the US. After a career in banking and finance, Peter moved to Santa Fe, obtained a real estate license and joined Berkshire Hathaway. Peters says " People say that real estate markets are saturated because there are too many realtors in any particular market. I disagree strongly with this. There is always room and opportunity for well organized, professional, highly motivated individuals in any market. "
