Thinking outside the box

On this episode, we sit down with Albrey Grimsley, CEO of Life Legacy Capital, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Synergy Paradigm Capital, a privately held commercial real estate investment company. We discuss the aspect of thinking outside the box by not following what the crowd is doing, learning to see the bigger picture in everything as well as being your own bank.As an investor, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in commercial real estate acquisitions and asset management. This has led to extensive operating expertise and an intimate understanding of each of the submarkets in which we acquire property to identify underperforming assets and solve the root issues that represent a significant value-add play for our investors. In addition to being an entrepreneur, she has a strong background in facility management, real estate, education, and sports. She is well-versed in nonprofit capital leadership, mentorship, public speaking, event hosting, and commercial real estate investments. She is the owner of the nonprofit, Like It R Love It Inc, which houses the L.I.F.E Sports Academy program and operates in several locations within the United States and abroad. While creating mentorship opportunities through her organizations, and community partnerships, and serving as a former collegiate coach for over a decade, her leadership has led to building champions in their respective professional fields and communities. Her passion for adding value to others has led to her creating the Life Legacy Capital Investor Club which allows working professionals and entrepreneurs to leverage her team’s capital to continue building generational legacy wealth. This passion for adding value to others has also led to being the managing partner with YouthServ Academy, a private school that focuses on academics and mentorships which allow students to prepare for potential careers while in high school.Albrey is ALWAYS looking to connect with phenomenal individuals!
