The Making of the Woman and the thinkThin BrandComing from a big Italian family Lizanne Falsetto was a foodie from a young age. Influenced by her grandfather’s kitchen garden and grandmother’s cooking; good food, good health – it was instilled. Later, modeling internationally, Lizanne developed a better-for-you version of her grandmother’s recipe as portable and delicious nutrition. This ultimately became the prototype for the thinkThin bar and the foundation of her second career. By the time she finished modeling and returned to the States, the mother of two followed her entrepreneurial instincts into the fast growing, competitive environment of nutrition bars. Over a decade later, Lizanne had built thinkThin from early relationships with Whole Foods Market and the natural channel, into mass grocery and club stores.
