Third Sunday after Pentecost (Lectionary 12A)
from Lectionary Mixtape Hosted by Daniel & Ben
This is a bit heavy. Sometimes doing the right thing for the sake of the Good News sucks. Speak truth to power and those in power just might not like it. Sometimes we are left with a choice between doing what's right and holding on to what we love the most. Hey preachers, we see what you are doing. It isn't easy, but it is good. We hope these readings preach to you even as you try to preach to others. Mixtape tracks brought to you by Neko Case and System of a Down.
