One more day without Eagles football. Great overtime win for the Flyers, 4-3 over the defending champs. They're back in action today against the Blue Jackets. The Sixers are also in action today against the Nets in Brooklyn. On this day in 1978 the Eagles pulled off an improbable 19-17 win over the Giants after Joe Pisarcik fumbled a handoff to Larry Csonka when all they had to do was run out the clock.
