In preseason action the Sixers take on the Celtics, Nakobe Dean has been designated to return and we spotlight local horse racing legend Anthony (Tony) Black. This day in 1959 was bittersweet for the Eagles. They beat the Steelers 28-24 but founder, former owner/coach and NFL commisioner Bert Bell died on the sidelines.
