This Day in Philly Sports History - September 7, 2024

It's Victory Saturday. The Eagles did what they had to do to come away with a victory in Brazil 34-29. It wasn't pretty but it was a solid win against a solid team. We break it down and give our Stars and Goats of the game. The Phillies exploded for 16 runs last night against Miami and cut their division magic # to 14. We look at the catchers in Phillies history in honor of our 2nd anniversary. The Question of the Day is "After last nights game, do you feel better or worse about this season?" On this day in 2014 the Eagles fell behind 17-0 at halftime against the Jags but battled back to win 34-17 to open Chip Kelly's 2nd season.
