This episode might not be for you

Totally upfront here, I spend the first half talking about the state of the world and some prepping.  I have been following global affairs closely the past few months and even closer the last few weeks.  It is getting serious and escalating rapidly.  If you don't know what the World Economic Forum is, you should check that out.  And if you don't already know the WEF, you are probably not the type of person who wants to listen to this chunk.  However, we do have Pastor Steve at the end of this one!!!  Much love everybody.  Still listening to motivational talks on my way to work, and I forgot to mention in the podcast that the day I cracked was the day I didn't meditate.  I forgot I was waking up early because meditating was NOT an option, so if I sleep in something else has to go, not the meditating.  Haven't missed a session since.
