In my eyes - and in the words of Alicia Keys - Charlotte Oxnam looks like a girl, but she’s a flame.

This 20-year-old engineering student credits her parents for her entrepreneurial spirit. So when she realized the fashion industry and social media were letting her down, she decided to build her own fairytale. Today she is the founder and CEO of Cue the Curves, an app that helps plus-size women find clothing that fits their size and style. Because regardless of what size you wear, when you wear clothes you feel good in, you do better.
