This Hero Scaled a Building to Save a Toddler

A 22-year-old man by the name of Mamoudou Gassama was in Paris, France when a crowd gathered watching a young toddler dangling from a 4th story balcony. The father had apparently stepped out to run an errand when the toddler escaped and somehow managed to dangle from the balcony.
