This is Anna's Alcove: Introductions!!

Hello world! I am Anna and this is my little corner of the Internet. In this intro episode I explain why I wanted to start this podcast with the goal of helping give advice and spread positivity about overall wellness. I think a lot of topics get overlooked these days and I want to help share some tips and tricks I have learned over the years from experience and from role models in my life. I want this to be a place people can come for advice, a little bit of calm, and a good time. I hope you enjoyed learning more about who I am and what I want Anna's Alcove to be.
