On this episode I chatted with artist and muralist Carlos Barboza about his rise to fame in the Oklahoma mural scene. Carlos is extremely talented and after listening to this interview you will understand why.  Bio Born in San José, Costa Rica, Carlos Barboza has been dedicated to the visual arts from a very early age. Beginning with caricature lessons and a healthy obsession with movies, Carlos's artwork has always been character-driven and inspired by cinematic imagery. From digital illustration to mural painting, Carlos is constantly evolving as an artist. He pushes himself to go beyond what’s possible stylistically and technically, while nevertheless maintaining what he believes is the most important value— emotionally driven storytelling. Carlos currently resides in Oklahoma City with his beautiful wife, Leslie. And also… he has a daughter now. A perfect tiny human.
