This is EZ - Not Drinking

I’m back on my bullshit with another solo episode. This one is about my decision to stop drinking a month ago. Trigger warning: I cry in the episode. Couldn’t help myself. Had a lot of feelings while talking about what led up to this decision and how it has impacted the way I see myself and my life. Don’t worry. I’m not trying to convince you to stop. I’m just documenting this time, and the wave of emotions that came with it. As per usual, I’m excited to share a little bit of my story in the hopes that it might resonate with some or all of you.
