This episode I talk about a email that I received from an apprentice tech. He has done everything the boss wanted and was told he would be sent to school but instead they hired someone else and sent them to school! WTF!!!I talk about some of the reasons why this happens. The real reasons why this happens. Not only because of shitty management but Techs that are in a way not good enough to progress in the industry. The tech that emailed me is not one of the bad ones he is actually a good tech that may just be at a shitty shop. Sometimes you just got to move on to a better shop With better management.
