On Saturday May 6th at Kahnawake Brewing the 1st edition of Yakima Chief Hops presents Vox&Hops Haze Wars took place. Sir John Brewing, Kahnawake Brewing, Microbrasserie Jackalhop, Brasserie du Bas Canada, BG Brasserie Urbaine & Toltèk Brasseur Artisan went head to head to create their best Mono Hop IPA using HBC586 Hops. HBC586 Hops is an experimental hops that is known to be herbaceous & showcase a large melody of fruity flavours such as mango and citrus.
