TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello and happy Tuesday morning to all my lovely listeners and readers. Today I am going to read out an article which was published in Medium.com and it was published in a sub-publication, one of the publications within Medium. It's called Reciprocal and the title that it was published way back on October 21, 2022. And today is July 26, 2023.

Now, the title that I gave was, gave was, this is how exercise is helping me become a flexible person. The subtitle, exercise and writing both help develop flexibility. Hello my lovely readers. I'm committing to doing a 12-week home workout program version 1.0 by Heather Robertson.

And I'm putting in the bracket HR, observing my body, emotions and mind, and writing about Life Lessons learned. In case you missed it, you can read Life Lessons learned and takeaways from week 1 to week 4 in the article titled, Valuing your mundane chores inspires. And I have given the link to that article in this article and my podcast listeners, please go ahead and check that article so that you can show that you will know which article I'm referring to. And if you pay close attention to this title, Valuing your mundane chores, I would have recorded an episode, so you can also get in my podcast episode through one of the mediums.

Like I don't know, it could be Spotify, it could be Google podcast or Apple podcast or whatever because it's been broadcasted in various platforms. Okay, and from week 5 through 7 in the following article. And the article title is, this is how I build my growth mindset, so check that article, check that podcast episode also. Here are the lessons learned from week 8.

So it's a 12-week program, I started writing, you know, as soon as I finished my first, as soon as I finished the exercise, I would sit and write an article about that. Okay, it's crazy, okay? Don't expect more friction. But the thing is, I developed some new muscles there, writing muscle, exercising muscle, raising my self-esteem muscle, self-esteem muscle and so on, right?

So I have given links to week 8, day 1. These are the titles, so week 8, I've given day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4. These are the titles, go ahead and look for these titles and see what I'm mentioning there, if it interests you. Okay, so here are the titles.

Day, so once again, we are going back to week 8, day 1, 2, day 4. What do dumbbells do to spark curiosity? Day 2, changing intentions can be like a rocking boat and building and a built-grid. Day 3, comfort is good, but getting out of comfort is better.

Week 8, day 4, have you been snubbed by your brain? Go check it out please. Okay, now week 8, day 5, memory joggers. So here's the thing.

As soon as I finished or maybe a few minutes or something, I would try to recall the names of all the exercises, names of all the exercises that I did in that home workout, and I would just write it down. That's the memory jogger. Renegade push-up, push-up and push-back, crab dance, blank jacks, B-squeeze, chest press, red dead fly. Yesterday in my article, this is what happens when a writer inspires you.

I shared how a writer helped me inspire by changing my self-talk to mindfully go over my medium backstories, old stories, back office, and create a round up story. Today, I'm realizing that the same backstories, the same old stories which I wrote, that made me feel bold and uninspired, are not only inspiring me, but acting as a booster. Acting as a booster. I scroll through the dates of publishing the stories.

Here is what I found. I wrote my first lesson learned from day 2, week 1, within Racket, a home workout program that propelled me to learn about myself. Of the 12 week Heather Robertson's home workout program on May 17, while I intended to do the workout as scheduled, and write the lessons learned slash take away on the same day, it did not happen. I did not give up.

On September 10, 2022, I completed the 12 week home workout program and felt so great guys. I'm not joking, felt great. I wanted to take this inspiration. It's not to show off.

It's not. No, no, no, no, no. Whoever is listening, you are an inspired sound. That's what I want to explore the magnificent self in you by just writing my feelings, my thoughts, and my behaviors and actions in the form of an article or podcasting.

Right? Okay. However, my writing part was completed only till week 8, day 4. I wrote an article when I was feeling snubbed by my brain and shared my feelings, and that article is cycled.

Have you been snubbed by your brain? As of this writing, October 19, 2022, I still have to edit the drafts and publish the lessons learned slash take away from week 9 to week 12. Here is how my medium back stories is boosting my morale. I was able to publish 26 stories that includes two self-published stories, two in reciprocal publication, and 22 in refresh the sound, another publication.

Why am I saying that and how has it changed my mindset? Initially, I was very firm to integrate my writing with an exercising schedule to facilitate content creation and be disciplined in writing and exercising. By doing the exercises and writing the life lesson slash takeaways, I was able to expand my horizon of reading, and not only did my body become flexible, but I too started drifting from being too rigid. I was too rigid, guys.

Yeah, finish this exercise, write about it, publish it. It's not easy, right? It's not easy. I'm also in the learning mode.

I'm not an expert. So once again, I'm going to read that. I was able to expand my horizon of reading and not only did my body become flexible, but I too started drifting from being too rigid to becoming flexible. I used to be rigid in not participating in writing challenges or a process.

That changed. I committed and completed the refresh the sounds 30 day writing challenge in September 2022. To me, that means getting out of my comfort zone, meeting new editors and readers and becoming flexible. I also self-published the Medium app while I was on vacation, not so perfect and was unable to use many features as a website.

That's like a winning for me because, see, if we compare ourselves with others, then it can lead to comparisons, leads to content. I'm not good enough or I'm superior all those things. But then if you say, hey, get out of your... Just associate yourself and come out as Lalita, you know, third person.

Hey Lalita, let's see whether we did better than yesterday. Let's see if we learned something new. Let's see if we implemented what we learned. So if you ask those questions and then if you really have an answer, be true to yourself.

Yes, I learned this. I applied this. Yay! And just...

Yay itself is a gift to you. Okay? Okay. So I also set the App by Lalavasnification.

And within bracket I've said, not so perfect and was unable to use many features as an website, which I was used to. And that is yet another demonstration of my true desire to be flexible, to be flexible and just do it. I enjoy publishing a reciprocal by giving credit to other writers. That's another feature that Sahil Patel, the publisher of Reciprocal, is encouraging.

With that said, I'm pretty sure I will complete finalizing my drafts and publish for week 9 to week 12 of the 12-week homework program. How about you? How has writing and your method of content creation boosted your morale? Shout out to Patrick O'Connell for an informative article titled Rarely, title Rarely Before Seen Insights into How to Create Effective Internet Marketing.

I mentioned so many articles I read about the decline in the capacity to make money. Here is one article that is truly a motivation for all the writers. Thank you Sahil Patel and the article is titled Is it worth writing on Medium? Last.
