Hello, good morning everyone. Today's topic is, This is how exercise is improving my learning style. This is published at medium.com and the subheading is, primarily I am an auditory learner. Now, clearly I am stimulating my visual ability in addition to auditory learning, in understanding, processing, remembering and recalling the names of the exercises.

Okay. Hello my lovely readers, I am committing to doing a 12 week home workout program, in addition 1.0 by Heather Robertson, observing my body, emotions and mind and writing about life lessons learned. Today is day five of week three. In case you missed my, I always love to put a bracket over, thank you for reading and becoming a part of my journey because when you're reading this, or when you're listening, reading in medium.com or when you're listening to me, you are giving your time and attention to my commitment to doing this 12 week workout home workout program.

So it's our. So thank you so much. What I've done is I've done life lessons learned and every day, whatever I learn or sometimes now it's getting a kind of, I have learned enough from exercise. What is it other things that what are how other way it is impacting me?

Those are the type of questions which are coming up and I'm trying to link with my mental model and then come up with an article. So it's becoming tough now to create content. All right. So now life lessons and take away from week one and two are given all the links in the first, you know, it's called a blurb.

And the second one is life lessons and take away from week three. And there you go. I am completely pumped up and want to just recall Heather's words at the end of today's session. Your sweat, sesh is complete.

I love to read that at the end of the video. You did it guys and you have a whole new workout in the week coming up. I hope you are feeling amazing. Take rest and recover.

Wow. See, she sounded so compassionate at the same time like a teacher. You have to come back for the next class next time after Sunday and after your weekend. Great.

Personally, I don't think even having million dollars can bring the fulfillment and happiness that I got from internalizing Heather's words and experiencing her workout sessions. I did the day for week three exercise yesterday evening. And even though I wrote my draft, I got caught up in cooking and cleaning and didn't get time to post yesterday. I have posted that today, first, today's memory jogger, dolphin pushup, triceps pushup, triceps pushback, spot sprint.

It was done twice. Pop squat. It was done twice. Side to side lunch, goblet squat, glute, press with using stability ball, hamstring curl using stability ball, oblique twist using stability.

I don't think oblique twist using stability ball, skull crush, stability ball and v-press stability ball is getting tougher guys. Okay. I feel great to recall the names of all the 14 exercises previously. I would remember the names by saying it aloud with an intention to recall correctly in a read manner like a baby, right?

Okay. Now I am allowing myself to visualize the moves and that moves that I did for each exercise and then recall the name. Primarily, I'm an auditory learner. Now, clearly I'm stimulating my visual ability in addition to auditory learning in understanding, processing, remembering and recalling the names of the exercises.

Understanding visual auditory and kinesthetic learning styles, I have given a link to an article is an information. This is the title of the article. It's an external link is an informative article for you to learn more about different learning styles. Hey guys, read that and then find out for yourself.

What kind of person are you? Are you auditory? Do you primarily learn by auditory mode, learn and grasp and internalize and put it in your utility by auditory by listening or by watching by all the three by investigating by feeling doing it and how is it? Find out.

I also observed that doing hamstring curls was challenging, it's still challenging. Okay. The transition to blue press was really smooth and easy. A strongly and from the bottom of my heart suggest that you commit to exercise for at least 10 minutes a day with clear intentions of showing up be present fully to each exercise and notice how your body, mind, emotions are responding and you want me.
