Good morning everyone. Today's topic is, This is How I Beat Boredom with my Creative Mind. This article was published in Illumination, a Sub-Publication of Medium.com, and the subtitle is, The Monotony and Solitude of A Quiet Life Stumillates the Creative Life. Alright, hello my lovely readers.
I am committing to doing a 12-week Home Workout Program, version 1.0 by Heather Robertson, observing my body, emotions, mind and writing about the lessons learned. Today is day 4 of week 6. In case you missed any of these life lessons, then you can provide the link in this article. You can read the life lessons learned and take away from week 1 to week 4.
In the article titled, I Never Thought Exercising Would Help Me Stay Inspired. Then life lessons learned and take away from week 5 and week 6. Each day 1 is the title I am giving so that you can google out and see probably if you get the title and you have access to the article. So the title is, Value in Your Maintain Shores, Inspires You, Day 2, Home Workout or Walk Outside or both, Day 3.
I Never Thought Exercising Would Help Me Stay Inspired. Day 4. Do you know what Tabata means? I love it.
Day 5. Do you fear breaking routine. And week 6. Day 1.
Do you listen to your body and exercise? Day 2. This is how I unearthed humility, daily side effects of home workout. Today's today was Tabata Time, which means we do exercise for 20 seconds.
Each round had 4 exercises, repeated 4 times. It was pretty intense but inspiring and push me to expand my awareness. A part of me was nudging me. Hey Lalita, has it not become monotonous and boring now, trying to remember the names, writing and update, unearthing the lesson learned or how to take away?
Let's call this part, monotonous part MP, which is inside of me. My creative part CP nudged me to look for valuable and wise quotes about the word monotonous. Here is a perfect one that showed up for me. The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative life.
Can you believe it? The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative life. Albert Einstein. Hey guys, don't say, oh my god doing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom, cooking twice, daily feeding, dining table cleaning, house cleaning.
These are so monotonous. Okay, Salba's Einstein's Court, I would read it again. The monotony and solitude of a quiet, even solitude sometimes. Yes, you have to be right.
It's a part of the life game of a quiet life stimulates the creative life. Wow, I felt as the Albert Einstein was conspiring with my brain to give the perfect peace to complete the puzzle. I'm now honoring my CP creative part to come up with one liner description of some of the exercises that I did today. Glute bridge.
After challenging my legs and thighs with hops and jacks, Glute bridge was truly a godsend exercise to be done lying on the floor. Glute bridge hold one leg raise, L left, and leg drop. Glute bridge became the perfect catalyst for doing Glute bridge leg raise and leg drop. Squat and kick.
After all the hops, jacks, raise and leg drop, squat and kick seemed like a responsible and caring mom saying, Hey, you'll thank me. As this is the last exercise and I'm strengthening your knees. Ninja hop up. Truly, my body is heading to be a ninja after completing four ninja hop up.
Speed skater. While comfortably doing my favorite speed skater exercise, it reminds me of Garba, which we do during the now-dapri time. Okay, so while comfortably doing my favorite speed skater exercise at home, an image of an Olympic figure skater. Popped up to suit my eyes, making me feel like an Olympian.
Plank jacks, plank jacks, powered my core. Spot sprint. Easy, spot sprint seemed like a spoiler when compared to all other challenging exercise. Today's takeaway.
Number one, taking personal responsibility to keep your body, emotions and mind connected is not only important, but very, very difficult. Number two, once we commit to doing certain actions and complete them consistently, we are fueling our will power. Number three, monotony and boredom can crop up like weeds in the beautiful garden of our minds. Number four, we need to pull these weeds with care and kindness from our beautiful minds and fertilize them with a creative mind.
