TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Good morning everyone. Today is December 9th. We have what? Three more weeks?

Two weeks to complete 2022. I'm a little nervous to say goodbye to 2022. Great year. I think it's all our mindset.

Every year, every month, every day is great in itself. It's the meaning that we give to the day. It's the meaning that we give to the month. So that reminds me.

There's something called when you get into the writers world. As you know that I'm writing for medium.com. I'm writing in medium.com for various publishers. One of the publishers, Dancing, a different press, I guess.

I think it's a correct name. So they give you prompts. They give you prompts and then that prompt helps you. Helps you.

Beats the writer's block and creates a piece, creates an article, creates a story. So one of the prompts was actually I just wrote and I think it's published. But I have a system to do my podcast. So right now, the today, whatever I'm doing, the today, whatever I'm going to read aloud was published on August 16, 2022.

Today is December 9, 2022. We still have so many articles. I still have so many articles to read aloud and publish as a podcast. So now I was talking about the dancing elephant press, right, that publisher.

They give prompts. So, the joyful vibes of December or something like that. Sorry, my throat. I'm going to still recording.

Because I've come to my podcast station with an intention to record this episode. So a part of me was in the monotonous game. I was like, okay, December, wrap up this, that bank account, business and all that stuff. And I'm a grandma, an emptiness and all that stuff.

But the part when I saw that, when I read that prompt, joyful vibes of December, wow, I said why is December important to me? And so I've written an article. I'm not going to share that. What transpired for me in December?

What transpired for my family in December? What transpired for my employer in December? Right? All these questions I asked and I was able to come up with answers which, uh, joined into a beautiful article submitted to the publisher.

And then, yes, ma'am, how I felt? I felt so good from inside out. Okay. Let's go to today's topic.

So today's topic is this article was published in mid form. Okay. And the topic is this is how I use my character's tanks when I am stuck. The sub topic is be honest and ask creative questions.

Hello, my lovely readers. I'm committing to doing a 12 week home workout program, one point, oh, version by Heather Robertson, observing my body, emotions and mind and writing about life lessons alone. Today is day two of week eight. By the way, guys, I actually, um, this, as I said, this is August 20, uh, 22 article, which I'm reading a lot for you.

But then it's a 12 week program. This is week eight, day two. And I was pretty sincere in writing every day. And then I, I transformed, I transitioned to something else because once you start writing for various publishers, then you have to write for the requirement of that publisher.

And also you change your genre. So, you know, changes. So I do not know true confession. I do not know when I'm going to complete writing.

I completed the Heather Robertson, one of my listeners and readers and fans and whatever. And, uh, mentor, we both are, you know, Mary was asking me, what happened to you Heather Robertson? I said, I completed the 12 week program. I also completed the seven, seven day glow up challenge or something, one of them.

And I'm now in fusion, seven day fusion challenge, Heather Robertson. Go and check her out. Okay. In case you missed it, you can read the life lessons learned and take away from week one to week four in the article, value your mundane shores, inspires.

And from week five to week seven, the article, what do doubles do to spark curiosity? Today's memory jogger, suitcase crunch, prayer crunch, lateral hold, hold prayer crunch, basic crunch, bicycle crunch, blue bridge, toe touch, spot sprint, ninja hop up, chair pose and hold, bicycle burnout, hold chair and front race, one that deadlift, goblet squat, and courtesy lunch, front lunch, jump lunch. Today, it was a no repeat workout session. And that means I had to do each exercise only once, comprising of 45, actually second side, we've written that minutes, 45 seconds of working out and each exercise and 15 seconds of rest.

Here is how I'm beating my writer's blog today on August 15. After I created the draft on July 31, it happens in the writers world, guys. So I created the draft on July 31 and this is on August 15. I asked myself, how can I apply a few of the 24 character strengths learned from the articles and videos right now, right now?

Okay. That it you. I am very grateful for being able to complete seven weeks of working out and sharing the life lessons learned each day. When I type the sentence, I am seeing the green signal to move forward with this writing piece.

Self-regulation, that's one of the strengths. Currently, I'm feeling bad and sad for not publishing an article. It feels like I'm putting unnecessary pressure on myself and feeling bad or sad. Instead of setting an intention to write and publish an article, I am setting an intention to write for one hour at least a day.

Next strength, curiosity. As I'm embracing my mind wandering and clicked the three dots on the top right hand corner of the draft, there is an option for reviewing the revision history. I created the draft on July 31 and revised it until paragraph four and revisited it today, August 15. Next, character strength, hope.

Today I am convinced that I will have the inspiration and grit to self-publish or to submit to publisher. I was expecting myself to publish one article. I had writer's block. I was aware of my feelings.

I changed my expectations to write for one hour. Instead of publishing one article, I was inundated with too much content. I asked myself a specific question. The answer showed up as an application of what I learned.

I was able to help my audience by sharing how I used four character strengths to meet my expectations. I completed writing for an hour and heading to publish. Thank you for reading. Key message, when you are stuck, instead of beating yourself up, explore and use your characteristics.

I have given the link to VIACatistics.com. I have given the link in the article. Please go check it out. Find out what are your five top characteristics.

Key message, I am going to read it. When you are stuck, instead of beating yourself up, explore and use your characteristics to beat, to bring out the best about your personality.
