Send us a textOne of my favorite parts of being injured is learning from everyone else who has either gone through it, or has helped someone get through it. In between seasons I got connected with a lady named Carrie Jackson, who is a mental skills coach for injured ATHLETES. Her job is to coach them through their injuries, so they can bounce back stronger. I could not have been more elated to meet this woman.
