THIS IS IT! A Story of Birth

We're almost halfway through the year and somehow I have found myself back at the beginning, ready (and excited) to create a new story for myself. As the internet would meme, "Main Character Energy". LOLZ. This episode hits hard, both with truths and jokes. I chat about rebirth, accepting failures, what "self love" really means, why creating new habits is hard, and why the majority of our "problems" arise when we are anything but present. My new mantra, "this is it!". Now! Our lives are happening NOW! And I for one, am so excited to get living. And I feel lucky AF that it only took my 37 years to figure this first part out.
