This is Life: A Healthy Family Pt.3: The Overflow from Mother to Daughters

Welcome back or maybe for the first time to This is Life:! Welcome to my series on a healthy family. This episode is the third of five. In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Elisa, Monet and Matisse about their mother-daughter relationship. We talked and laughed about their homeschooling journey from kindergarten through middle school and their transition to high school and adulthood. Elisa shared many memories of how her mother and grandmother had an influence on how she mothered her daughters. Monet and Matisse shared many fond memories of how their mother made not only their childhood special, but also made their friends feel special and safe. We discussed how their relationship has grown as they have moved through different stages of life. I learned that you don't have to be a perfect parent, but you should strive to do your best for your children and allow grace to abound in all relationships.
