This is Life: A Healthy Family - Pt.5 Me and My Sister

Welcome back or maybe for the first time to This is Life:! Welcome to my series on a healthy family. This episode is the fifth and final episode in this series. In this episode, I had the joy of speaking with Monet and Matisse about their sister relationship. We talked and laughed about their sisterhood and how it has grown and changed from childhood to today. Monet and Matisse shared memories of times spent together and how it helped to shape how they relate to one another. They shared the hopes that they have for each other's future and how they hope their relationship will continue to evolve as their lives continue to move through different stages. Each of them shared the pride that they have in their sister and her accomplishments and where they see themselves in twenty to thirty years as sisters. I learned that you don't have to be a perfect sister, but you should always have a soft heart to build and maintain the relationship and to be a safe space.
