Infant Crisis Services serves babies and toddlers under the age of four at their office location on Lincoln Boulevard and on their mobile food and diaper pantry, the BabyMobile. 1 in 4 babies in Oklahoma live in poverty, putting them at a moderate to high risk for developmental delay.
