Truthfully, when it comes to the church, it isn’t JUST the pastors or the staff. The church is “owned” by no one. However, it is meant to be loved, grown, and cared for by her people. There are no stock options, the pastors don’t own the buildings, and the staff shouldn’t bear the entire responsibility (emotionally and physically) of the welfare of the church.
