The latest Junto prompt asks you to do something out of tune, so I put my phone next to my amp and started recording myself playing these two riffs and detuning the A string every so often.I listened back to a version of this the other day and hated it, then listened again today and hated it again. Then, I listened to a different take and thought it was interesting. But maybe it only sounds that way if you listen to the worse take first? I guess I'll find out in the future.Either way, I think this is an interesting way to modulate.
