This is Tori Beechum - Culture Coffee

On this episode I chatted with Tori Beechum owner of Culture Coffee. I met Tori a couple of months ago while recording with Vernon from GrpFly. Tori does some creative work as a part time gig but after talking I realized there's a lot more behind her camera. So we found time to dive into her story. Tori and her family ran a restaurant for 5 years in Oklahoma City while coming to the later years they were approached to open a coffee shop in a new apartment development near OU Medical. With no background in coffee but a vision for the area they decided to give it a shot. That coffee shop is Culture Coffee. One of the reasons for taking this leap was the history in the area and the potential to help raise this area. Tori tells us all about their specialty coffee's, hiring the right people and building a culture around serving a product.
