This Is Tranmere: Isolation Interview - Danny Holmes

This Is Tranmere Podcast is sponsored by the Tranmere Rovers Official Supporters Club and is brought to you by Matt Hibbert, Jake Keogh and Paul Harper. 100% unofficial! While the nation, the world, is in lockdown isolation due to the Coronvirus outbreak, we are aiming to bring you as many podcasts as we can with a few special guests lined up to join us. This podcast features an interview with former Tranmere defender Danny Holmes as we speak about him being a big Rovers fan, being able to represent the fans on the pitch as a Tranmere player, the highs, the lows and lots in between. We discuss how he broke into the team as a young player, leaving then coming back, Les Parry's pre-seasons, the 2012-13 season, relegation and what it meant to him, having so many team mates, the managers and much more besides. It's a must listen interview! Danny is still playing at Connah's Quay but has also set up a coaching business to help develop the skills of young players in Wirral.
