from Lalitha's Morning Musings · host Lalitha Brahma

In this Episode, Lalitha Shares her experience of consistently saying an affirmation describing the word "Acceptance" from Louise L Hay's Book "Meditations To Heal your Life" How she started becoming  conscious and aware of self-acceptance. She felt more grounded and reassured in living day-to-day life. She started appreciating people for just their being, and not for what they have or what they do. She could feel that I no longer resisted or judged someone because of their looks or status. She got better at handling my emotions during family get-togethers. This felt truly liberating and authentic. She would call it a sign of me becoming a better individual. TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

The title is, This is what happened when I accepted myself as I am. In the subtlet list, I felt more grounded and pre-assured. I practice a few rituals in the morning that help me integrate and live my BEM body emotions in my tomorrow. One such ritual is the same affirmations.

I have observed that by staying affirmations in the morning in front of the mirror, I get to see myself hear my voice, watch my body language and feel my feelings. To me, it serves as perfect coordination of how I'm physically showing up, emotionally feeling and mentally present to what I'm affirming. I started seeing affirmations several years back when I lost my job and embraced self-inquimient as a blessing in disguise. Seeing these affirmations have tremendously helped me move through major life transformations from mother to emptiness to mother, not to grandmother, smoothly.

In the professional arena, seeing affirmations have helped me be determined with grit and gratitude and the expectations are not met. As I was reading the following quote on the internet, for some reason, I got inspired to look through Louisa's books, Meditations to Heal Your Life, and read what she has to say about the word acceptance in the form of an affirmation. Life is like a road trip. Life is like a road trip.

You pass by many people and many situations, and they are all different. You don't stop on your road trip to try and fix everything that you see along the way, or judge every encounter as good or bad. You only experience what you see as part of your road trip, leaving everyone and everything and that compassionate acceptance. This is a quote by C Joybell.

Joybell. Now, let us read the following affirmations loudly in front of the mirror. The title is Acceptance, and this is by Louisa L. A.

I dwell in a world of love and acceptance. I radiate acceptance. If I want to be accepted as I am, then I need to be willing to accept others as they are. We always want to have our parents' acceptance totally, and yet, often we are not willing to accept them as they are.

Acceptance is giving ourselves another's the ability to just be, to just be. It is arrogant to set standards for others. We can only set standards for ourselves, and even then we want them to be more like guidelines than like standards. The more we can practice self-acceptance, the easier it is to drop habits that no longer serve us.

It is easy for us to grow and change in an atmosphere of love. So what I read just now is Affirmation for the World Acceptance from the book, Meditations to Kill Your Life by Louisa L. A. Now, how was I impacted by seeing that by Affirmation consistently?

I became conscious and aware of self-acceptance. I started saying I'll know when I accept myself and my family members as they are. I felt more grounded and reassured in living day-to-day life. I started appreciating people for just their being and not for what they have or what they do.

I could feel that I no longer resisted or judged someone because of their looks or status. I got better at handling my emotions during family get-togethers. This felt truly liberating and authentic. I would call it a sign of me becoming a better individual.

Now it's your turn. How has saying that by Affirmation affected you? Do you have any tools in place? Do you think you better?

I would like to give a shout out to Scott Stockdale for giving a clear action about steps. In his article, steal my blueprint to land $2,000 per month of your freelance work in seven days. If you like what you've read, then I invite you to check how these affirmations can help you live a peaceful and fulfilled life. How do you react to bills?

So there I've got an affirmation and written an article, please check it out. And there is a podcast episode also. I thought this was a better way to handle criticism. It's about criticism.

There's an affirmation. Just check it out. Now finally the blurb. Please subscribe to my stories by email for the best chance to catch my original words.
