Michigan and Ohio State have been the 2 best Big Ten Football programs in the history of the conference, and over the past 2 seasons, they have been on top of the conference, with The Game deciding which party will make the trip to Indianapolis and win the Big Ten Championship Game. The Big Ten in 2023 will be stacked, with Iowa, Michigan State, Penn State, and Wisconsin making steady improvements, but the conference will still be decided between the Wolverines and the Buckeyes. This is my opinion, of course, but I also have several pieces of information and evidence to back up this prediction. The most notable of my reasons is that the two schools have separated themselves from the rest of the pack from a developmental point of view. This is especially the case at the offensive line crops and quarterback room, where I expect Kyle McCord and JJ McCarthy to be the best quarterbacks in the Big Ten.
