Bennett Trying something new may:-Increase your self-confidence -Open doors to enlightening experiences-Improve your memory, mood and motivation-Increase your adaptability and agility-Also, when we experience something new and like it, our brain triggers a release of dopamine.  Why is it hard to try new things?-Humans are often afraid of the unknown. -Familiar things are more comfortable and easier.-Trying new things requires a lot of effort and courage.  Amy & Kat want to do a “Trying Is Cool” challenge!!
