Biblically, Pentecost marks the anniversary of God speaking to His people and setting them free through the power of His Spirit. Pentecost should not be a term that invokes fear or confusion.

The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit we experience in church on Sundays is the same Spirit that dwells inside of you 24/7. No matter what your past experiences or background may be regarding the Holy Spirit, be encouraged to not get caught up in terminology, but rather focus on seeking God with a fervent heart.

The true movement of the Holy Spirit brings glory to God, not to man. Seek the Lord and pray daily for a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit, because it is a GIFT from God. He wants to teach you to walk by His Spirit, not by your flesh, so you can continually grow and be empowered to live for His kingdom.
