In this week's episode, Eric has a conversation with successful underdawg Allison Maynard. They discuss how being an educator made Allison sick. Now she is on a mission to help parents educate their kids to become successful beyond school education. Allison Maynard is a former public-school teacher turned fearless education thought leader and entrepreneur. She spent 17 years as an English and AVID teacher in the schools of Garden Grove, California. The first 9 years of her career were spent at the high school level, and the next 8 years were spent at the junior high/middle school level. She is intimately aware of the learning gaps in today's children, and she is on a mission to help today's parents fill in those gaps that the schools are NOT focusing on.
